From the Department of Aesthetic Medicine of the CIME Clinic we want to talk to you about the dermal fillers of hyaluronic acid, which are used to give the face a natural look and feel.

Hyaluronic acid fillers are a highly demanded treatment, as they very well absorb the signs of aging and hydrate the skin tissue. There are three types of hyaluronic acid concentrations, depending on the nature of the area to be corrected, which are:

  • In the correction of fine wrinkles such as: crow's feet and perioral wrinkles, due to its fluidity we have the least cohesive hyaluronic acid.
  • For forehead wrinkles, fine lines, slightly or moderately marked nasolabial folds, malar wrinkles, oral commissures, nasolabial folds or lip contour, we have a particularly dense implant that allows us to effectively correct these areas and is medium cohesion hyaluronic acid .
  • For the treatment of filling the nasolabial folds, increasing the volume of the lips, cheekbones or cheeks and the firmness of the contours of the face, we have highly cohesive hyaluronic acid.

A retouching is recommended, around the month following the first session to optimize the result.

Hyaluronic acid provides us with deep hydration where it is most needed, restores luminosity through deep hydration of the skin.

Natural hyaluronic acid levels decrease over time, especially in the face, neck, hands, and décolleté.

Duration is a function of cohesion, the higher the cohesion, the longer the duration.

It is a non-invasive procedure and has no recovery period. Hyaluronic Acid has been specially formulated to be injected under the skin to improve hydration, tone, and elasticity.
