There is a type of fat in the body that is not eliminated through diet or exercise. To help eliminate it, CIME offers an alternative treatment to surgery: cavitation.

Cavitation is a non-invasive technique that offers results in a short time, its action is based on the application of ultrasound directly in the area to be treated, in this way the membrane of the fat cell is broken, which is eliminated by the lymphatic system and urine helping to reduce the effects of cellulite.

Process:

Using a special manipulation, ultrasound waves are applied directly to the skin, these waves penetrate the adipose cells and generate vacuum microbubbles in a controlled way.

The microbubbles have a suction effect, destroying the adipose cell membrane, releasing fat for elimination through the lymphatic system and urine.

Sessions usually last 40 minutes and do not usually cause any discomfort to patients.

At CIME we recommend that, after 24 to 48 hours, some other complementary technique is performed to improve drainage, such as massage or pressotherapy.

Before and after cavitation, it is recommended to drink plenty of water and eat a low-calorie diet as well as exercise.

Cavitation Considerations:

Being a non-invasive and painless procedure, its application is not uncomfortable for patients and the effects can be observed quickly.

Other properties of cavitation treatments are that they help increase the tone and elasticity of the tissues, improve circulation and help eliminate toxins from the Body.

Despite all these advantages, a prior evaluation by the doctor is always recommended to make a personalized assessment of the patient and evaluate the pros and cons in each case.
